Gold Gym Complaints & Reviews

I took annual membership in april 2019 in gold gym, viman nagar. They told that maintenance will be going on so continue in some other branch of gold gym, but the other gym denied because the viman nagar gold gym franchise was stopped. I confirmed the same with gold gym india customer care.

When i try calling the gym receptionist or the owner no one is picking the call and no reply to mail.

Please guide what...

I have registred for the gold gym one year membership. And due to the trainer miss gauidance i have a shoulder pain and i have conserned a doctor and he said u should have complete bedrest. So i want my registration fees refund i have gone only for 2 months and which ever is the process they can cut 2 months feea and refund the further fees

I have enrolled my self on 18th September 2018 by paying 10000 for 1 year
And join Jim from October onwards at Gold Gym Marol Andheri East branch.
But this branch is distroyed by Municipal Corporation and Gold Gym is no more available in Marol and I am not able to attend Jim in any other location, so I had requested for refund but nobody responding to me on email and calls. please help to get the refund....

Highly non professional attitude of the trainers and management of gold gym indirapuram make me write this post. Trainers are playing games, seating and talking to each other not willing to follow process. Even they are not willing to prepare exercise schedule card. Just passing on the responsibility from one person to other as in government office. Very -2 disappointing to associate this behavior with brand GOLD GYM...

Gold Gym only have 2 membership options- six monthly / yearly. I signed a 1 year contract with them and now they have closed gym and claiming that gym does not belong to them as they terminated contract with that gym. They are not returning money back and no one is available to solve matter and Gold Gym is also not responding. I have written mailer to them with no response. I want my money of contract and inconvenience caused due to this...
