Hi team,

I had ordered iviggo xr smart phone but you delivered k-100 it's dummy model phone, so please take return this product and deliver the correct company which i have ordered iviggo xr smart phone or return my money rs. 2999/-.

I already sent mail to goshoppo customer care for the dummy mobile which i have received along with few attachment for your review, "the screenshot" which is ordered from online...

Please check through which courier these fake items are being delivered by goshoppo.in. I found they are using delhivery courier, & in tracking summary, it shows shippment collected from client location.
That means for shipping goods thru delivery courier, goshoppo must been registered with them, as client. Then catch hold of courier office for sending the fake item back and then ask their valid address & contact details. Then you...

I have purchased iviggo smartphone for the price of 2999/- and made the payment through 'razorpay' on 20th jan'19 (Order id gs82389- delhivery tracking id[protected] ; after follow up received the product on 02nd feb'19; but am suspecting the content and not opened the cover & send return request to goshoppo; but there was no response; when i checked with razorpay they also unable to contact them; this site cheating our money and needs...

I have purchased the product - (Iviggo xr smart phone with face lock | fingerprint sensor | 4g compatible × 1) through online net banking worth rs 2999.in the date of 18. January.2019

But i don-t received this mobile and information. I sent complaint for many times. But he did not answer me.
They have not replied for my request for information.

This site is real or fake?
I want to go fir submit...

I had ordered and made full payment for iphone se refurbished phone for 6999/- and till dtae have not got the delivery have sent email for the same but have not got any i have made fuu payment through razor pay and got the revert that your order is confirmed till date have not recvd the product.

I purchased the above phone as per the attached invoice and got delivery yesterday evening.

Am very much disappointed to see the product. Not at all maching your description.

* total phone size is hardly 4 inch where as you described 5.5 inch display.
* battery is only 950 mah where as you described 3500 mah.
* i don't think there is any memory in this phone. Even when starting, it shows "memory...

I orderer (prepaid) Ivigoo xr 4g smart phone from Goshoppo.in for Rs.2999 through Rajorpay.com payment gateway on 19/01/2019. They delivered an used, old, useless, inactive K100 256 mb. Ram phone collected garbage from China wroth Rs. 50 to 100 to me by Delhivary.com courier service on 27/01/2019.

I had order on line go shoppo one viggo xr mobile of rs 2999/- on 19/01/2019 and paid them full amount by on line payment. But till date i don, t receive the product, now neither they pick my phone and nor reply on my mails. It seems me this is a fraud on line shopping site. Please suggest me how can i take my refund.

But they sent me some worst china mobile it costs just 1200 (Stickered in box). That phone too not working.

I am surprised to see that they send a ordinary chinese phone instead of which i had ordered.

Their contact number was not working.

Surprisingly i have received the courier yesterday evening it was not the same mobile which i have ordered you have supllied cheap qualilty mobile of "o king" (A simple phone) however, i have ordered "iviggo xr smart phone with face lock | fingerprint sensor | 4g compatible × 1"
Its entirely a fraud case where i have paid all my dues in advance now its your moral responsibility to send me the original mobile which i have ordered,...

I have ordered camera from Goshoppo.in, its fraud company, don't buy anything .

I got few numbers from you tube, when I called they are answering and telling that "your order was cancelled, if you want your money back tell me your debit card number" . That time I decided its a fraud company.

I have done payment by credit card ₹2999/- on 20.01.2019 at around 15:30 hrs. through razorpay payment gateway for purchasing one mobile phone from goshoppo.net.
I think the site is fraud because I got no message or mail till now for the product I purchased. The mobile no found switch off.So I like to return the money to my account immediately.
Please inform me how I can get return the money....
