I had placed an order for a table on 22 Oct.No updated till mid-November despite followups. Initially I was told the order is already shipped. Then I was told that it cant be shipped and the amount would be refunded Then I was told that a refund was done with a transaction ID that I was supposed to use to follow up with my bank. The transaction ID was useless as per my bank. Money is still not received....

Bed not delivered yet, delivery is still unscheduled. Gozefo has no contact method. They have an automated phone helpline which is useless. They are not replying to any emails and there is no option to cancel the order and get the money back. Please do check this out. I am 100 percent sure many others are also facing this issue. Order Id is 344523. It was placed on 9th Aug 2021 and was promised delivery on 16th Aug then 23rd Aug and yet it...

I had placed an order with gozefo team
I have not received any call yet from your support team for order delivery and installation. I am not happy with the service.

If you cannot deliver the order in time, I need a full refund or file a case in consumer court.

IT has been more than 40 days since the 2 wardrobes were delivered, and since then only once the carpenter has come to setup but that also has done 30 % work on 1 wardrobe and the other has not started yet. There has been over 20 emails exchanged with the customer care support who have only given me assurance or promises which hasnt been fulfilled.

    They sold me 5 seater sofa unboxed which was used by some one. Upon raising the complaint, They have not done any repairs and they are not even responding to the email. There is no helpline number. They are not even responding, not refunding my money and take defective products back. This is the harassment to the customer. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GOZEFO....

    I had opted for buyback and the sofa was picked the very next day on sept 7th. Since then i have been following up with the person who picked the sofa and emailed without proper response from gozefo customer service. The person promised someone will contact me but nothing happened so far. He informed they missed the bank details and i have fwded the same again but still no response. They are quick to pick the sofa but chasing them for the refund is a challenge as they do not have a customer service number or point of escalation.

    Request your quick assistance to escalate and get back my money at the earliest.
