From 2nd of July, 2018 to 17th of November, 2018 I was a tenant at Room #D1, 3rd floor, 32 RK Grabhouse Property, 36 Rose Garden Road, near Mahaveer Konark Apartment, a property managed by ‘Grabhouse’. Prior to moving in I paid two months deposit in advance, a sum of ₹16, 000.

On 23rd of October, 2018 I was given less than a month’s notice to vacate the property, as the building was to be refurbished due to a change...

I use to reside in gurgaon at u27 a1a sector 23 gurgaon ijn a pg in rent and i left that place on 15 july 2018 after clearing all the dues. Regardless, even today i am receiving rent pending text on my nunber for the same place and i have been charger 18, 000 for last 3 months ie 6000 per month. Kindly look into the metter and rectify the incorrect rent and remove my contact details from your system to stop sending such massages.

I left the room on 2nd sep 2018. they told me i will get the security money back after 15 days of leaving. now its been a month and they are not even responding to emails, calls.
I was staying in grabhouse cocoon, rose garden road, JP nagar 5th phase, room c3.

I am not a registered user of this website. I have never logged into their website anytime. Still i get messages saying ii have m y rental dues on quikr about rs 11600 only. This keeps coming day in and out. When i am not a registered user how did they get my contact details? Firstly when i saw this msg i called up quikr customer care and they responded saying that they had some bug and because of that they spammed the users with this msg....

I live in sector 50. E block property of grabhouse
It's been more than 2 weeks since our ac stopped working. Before that also it was getting broken every week. The product is clearly defective as last summers also it was giving the same problem. The grabhouse people are asking for 50% of the total repair costs. Why should we pay when the product is defective.
The absence of ac in this scorching heat has also started to affect...

They dont return back the advance amount and do not provide services at all.

Worst ever maintenance, they have people like Sunil, Bangalore who calls and speaks ### without any manners or decency.

The management and employees keep changing and do not have track of any history, when asked they blame it on the other people who left and the cycle repeats.

I received many messages from 3rd march'18 to my mobile saying that rental amount is due.
But here the thing is i haven't made any transactions, infact i haven't created any profile. I am receiving this due to messages with invoice id every day mentioning that penalty of 50 per day will be charged if i didn't pay it in time.

How can you send such messages even though user is not taking any property foe service.

I was staying in room 107, a-9, sector 59, noida. I vacated the room on 30th september 2017 and had informed grabhouse team 4 week in advance regarding my relocation and the date on which i would vacate the premises. Their response was that i would get my security refund (2 months rental deposit) within 20 days. Now it has been more than 30 days and i have neither received my security deposit nor their team cares to respond to calls or mails....

It’s really frustrating experience with grabhouse team and i would ensure that none of my friends : relatives : colleagues rent an apartment through your team.

I, along with a colleague had taken 2 separate rooms. We had paid the security deposit and completed the lock in period of 2 months. We vacated the place on 3rd july, 2017. We have since then been in touch with their representatives as well as [protected]@grabhouse.com. They have constantly tried to delay the refund and now are not replying to mails or answering calls.

They are just duping people!...

So i had rented an apartment from grab house on the 13th of may, and paid a security deposit of inr 20000. I vacated the apartment on 13th august (After completing the lock in period of 3 months), and was promised that i would get back my security deposit within a week's time. It has been more than 2 weeks now, and i have still not received my security deposit.
