Deducted dmt dp chgs even I don't have demat account

Dear ICICI BANK, I am amareshwar reddy ., How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 826.00/- deducted as DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-17. and also 137.28 rs deducted as DP CHGS MAR-21, 8rs and 10rs DP CHAGS MAY-22 but i don't have any demat account, Stupid Work by ICICI

We are facing lot of problems with courier service Blue Dart. The person who is picking up the material is illiterate and doesn't know clear details af the courier. Once he forgot to collect the octroy fee though we asked him does it included and that made dispatch delay by more than 4 days.
