In front of my factory sewarage pit got blocked. so sewarage water is spilling out inside of factory pit.

so it is request you kindly make an arrange to open the blockage of pit as well line on priority as the water spilling is now start inside of my factory.

I bought a flat in rg luxury homes in 2012 in tower a, i was promised possession in march 2016 and then later changed the date to december 2016. Then no letters no correspondence, now the customer care does not answer phone calls, the builder says you cannot surrender your house and ask for refund.
So technically no refund & no possession
This is theft & harassment

I had made an online emi payment on[protected] for a flat allotted to me in bhs-16 housing scheme but that has not been updated under dues/deposits details page. i see transaction is successful on "transactions" page on website. rs.64085 was due on 6th jan 2016 and i had made payment of same amount on same date but not updated on https://dev. greaternoidaauthority.in. please do the needful.

The property bearing address b-144, Sector Omicrone II, Greater Noida (scheme BHS[protected] registered in the name of myself and my sone i.e. Mrs Neeta Badhwar and Akshay Badhwar. The above property got registered in my name in June 2010.

I had applied for 162sqmt plot in Greater nodia - RPS01 Residential Scheme in March 2009 .
It has been almost more than 2 months but no refund procedures are followed as yet.
Already the draw was almost a month late from decided date given in the form and now the reund procedure is taking lots of time.

Kindly take any strict decision on it .

I am Nikhil Chaurasia, would like to say that i was applied for the draw scheme BHS:11 at feb-09 and counld't success in the draw list in the month of July-21-2009.

I had deposited Rupees 35,000 I have not qualified in draw list so i need of refunding my amount as per the rule.

regarding this problem there have no any details on greater noida development authority website...

The result of the draw for BHS-11 residential scheme was expected to come in the month of May 2009, but unfortunately it is unavailable till 25th June 2009.
And even after so many complaints from aware customers GNID Authority is not responding, they have not issued any public notice in this matter....

Could any tell me the date of the draw of BHS-11 scheme under Greater noida development authority.
