Bill Was not received Correctly

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received Electricity Bill Of Rs.4690/- But in this bill include paid bill amounted of Rs.3680/- which was paid dated on 10.12.2013.
Please Rectify Bill urgently because i give authority to ECS payment to HDFC BANK. Please rectify Bill and that Bill was originally only amounted of Rs. 516.35/- only

faulty billing and irregular service...

I'm using the GTL URJA service for electricity for home, since November 2010 we found the faulty meter reading and excess bill, even though the bill generation is irregular, many times we found the errors in meter reading and amount of bill.. we have requested them to send bill on every month but they are failed. we people are facing this problems since 2 years..
