delivery problem

Dear respected sir,
I have single cylinder.I booked gas for home delivery on 04/01/2010 (order no-230).Than call to representative for my cooking gas but told me that "you again to be booked the gas".so re-again book the gas on 08/02/2010 (order no-530) but till day on 05/03/2010 not deliver.Whenever i make phone call to their representative ,but no response. I am very sorry that we are facing much problem due to this...

Non delivery of refill

I am the consumer No.601963 of H P gas connecion from M/s Rethnakala agencies Thiruvananthapuram . I have booked refill on 22nd September vide no.239054 . Your dealer didnot supply the same even after 32 days . Now both the cylinders are empty. Kinly arrange to supply refill immediately...

Delay in gas delivery after booking ago One Month

I booked a gas cylinder with H.P. Gas agency Saraswati Gas Agency, Sanganer, Jaipur (Distributor code[protected] & Consumer No. Is 512262 on 16/1/09. When contacted as the gas was not delivered even after a week of booking, they say Gas is not in Stock when stock has come we will deliver on your address but till date i haven't got cylinder.Please look into the complaint and make the agency give a better service....

At the time of booking the gas they tale 5 /7 days delivery, but every time i have to phone them and ask when are you delivering cylinder? Why the delivery is not effected in time?

I work in Larsen and Tubro Ltd my office is in Dwarka New Delhi i have recently shifted my residence to dwarka New Delhi I went to the H.P. Gas Distributor of the area M/s Chauhan Gas Service D-493, Palam EXT sector -7 Dwarka on 31/07/2008 for a new gas connection. but he refused me new gas connection stating that they are not giving any new connections. how is a person supposed to cook food and live if he doesnt get the most basic amenity...

Non functioning of Gas Booking System

I am a HP gas consumer with the HP gas dealer M/S Universal Gas Co. of 25, Sadanada Road, Kolkata 700 026.
Previously I used to book my gas with the dealer over telephone and had no problem.
The HP gas authorities all of a sudden discontinued the system and forced the customers to dial 1716 or 2227 4438 for coputarised booking of gas.
The system woked well for few months but of late it is becoming increasingly difficult...
