My name is akansha parekh and i have a gas connection with hp gas, the agency name is annapurna gas agency and its in vasai west opp st stand vasai, my consumer no is 804020, i had a single bottle of gas so on monday 24 feb 2020 i visited their office to apply for an additional bottle of gas by paying rs 2500, the lady sitting on the counter informed me that the new gas bottle will be delivered on tuesday 25 feb 2020 but they did not deliver...
