I had ordered bose wireless headphones on a pop p which came on google site. A courier boy from a company called 'Delhivery' delivered the parcel and collected rs. 3999 as it was ordered on to pay basis. But when i checked, to my surprise the product is not the same. They have sent some 3 to 4 items whixh is hardly worth Rs. 500. On checking with the delivery company, it was told to contact the merchant. I am not able to contact them as neither...

Hello i am also a fellow vitcim of the same cause, ordered the ear pods, but got a sd card and some cream, if all of you are willing to share your details we can possible file a consumer complaint against them, i will be filing it. I don't know how much of this forum can he useful, if they are reading the complaints as being consumer complaints, they should take strict action...

I have ordered a bose sound sport free truly wireless sport headphones (Midnight blue / citron) but i have got incorrect order.

After receiving the products i was shocked. Inside there was samsung battery and scan disc. Need to file a case...

As per ad/promotion, ordered on cod basis, bose sound sport free truly wireless sport headphones. The invoice attached to the parcel also states as such (With additional information of product colour as midnight blue/citron) - but inside there was face cream and one ultra make san disk - card with adaptor. This does not indicate a clean deal.
I have to get the product i have ordered....
