Every time i am getting an underweight cylinder. I complain about it many times orally but still i am getting an underweight cylinder. Last time i booked cylinder on[protected] and the delivery man delivered it on 14-10-16. I was not at home and when i ask him for weighing machine then he told that he did not carry that. I've booked my gas on 29/11/2008 and have reminded on 08/12/2008 but today (12/12/2008), I haven't received my Gas. It shows how they deal with consumers.

The service for booking the gas at phone line is worst thing I hv noticed. They never never pick up the phone if it rings otherwise it is always found enganged. The delivery persons do not deliver the gas on time. It is always at least 15 to 20 days late. Moreover the gas is always less than 13kgs....
