I have passed passed 2 month but not recived activa HSrp number plate..I also paid online payment But right now i have not recive number plate and no refund my amount..plz solve my problem......

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I made a payment of rs 450 for hsrp but I didn't receive any order I'd nor any details about how I will get the number plate?! Kindly help. I am attaching the screenshots also for your reference.
