I submitted 22000 rupees at the time of counselling but i not take admission in hbtu kanpur. But they alloted me sheet but i m not take admission. So i request for withdrew my counselling fee but sir i am not get any fee back. I also provide my bank detail. They also not responding my call.

The account no i gave for refund is different for counselling than hbtu is showing me on site i have receiving of that in which its clear that i mentioned my account no clearly please help i have compur copy and it shows correct account no. I tried calling 100 times and sent no of emails but they didnt reply. Will i get my 20000 back. Please someone help me...
