I am the user of hcl computer having specification : core 2 duo, 2GB ram, nvidia 512MB graphic card, 320GBhard disk, windows xp which i brought in September 2010.I have problem is that many games and softwares are not working in my pc even same application copied from my pc works on othres dual core pc. i have quick heal antivirus which i daily updated and i also almost 3 times formated my whole pc but it does not help to run those applications...

sir, i have recently purchased a new hcl computer and facing the problem eith respect to its harware and software installations.inspite of calling number of times the concerned person has no effect, he is too much irresponsible and i m not finding out my may to solve the problem.plz do instruct the area distributer of my place and solve my problem at the earliest.
