My hcl tablet v3 out of order

I visited to hcl touch, ashram road, ahmadabad from vadodara on dt. 11-4-16 for my tablet repairing but not satisfy reply. I have also call hcl toll free no for my tablet register but continue busy so i am not able to register my tablet
I also sent text mesg & e. Mail with invoice but till date not any reply from hcl company.
So please help me....

Dear all,
I have resigned in HCL Infosystem ltd on 10th December with 30 days notice period. I have submitted my PF form in HCL office Pune on 8th Jan 2013 and my last working day with HCL was 10th Jan 2013. As per my company record they have submitted my PF form with all papers on 15th Jan 2013 But yet I have not received my PF amount in my account (i.e today 26 April 2013) more than 100 days.

I booked a computer HCL Beanstalk Life (Model No AQ000536) on December 26, 2008 from HCL, Sector-11, Noida (vide Order No [protected]) with following configuration:
