Dear sir, I have purchase a laptop from S.S.D.N. INFOSOLUTIONS G-1D/E Madhuban Building., Neharu Place New Delhi-19. ( Tin no.-[protected]), on dated 14 Feb.2012. Laptop model no. AE1V3028-I, and Invoice No. 2011-12/MB2164. I have not get HCL life REE LOADED OFFER ( Free Reebok Tracksuit worth Rs. 4999 & 3 year Mcafee worth 1999.

Still gift is pending inspite of several reminders to HCL & Shop Keeper.
Please Guide us for further action which i can take for humiliation/ delay/ Mental tension...
