All of a sudden my laptop screen becomes blank when I tried to turn it on. Sounds of turning on are coming but screen was black then I noticed that there is a display with minimum brightness that you cant even spot with naked eye. I tried increasing the brightness but it won't work. It's not a brightness problem, it's some led problem. Please help me with the issue...

Me Nirbhay Singh want to inform that i bought my laptop on 28th december, i was told that my gifts will be delievered in atmost 1 month. I recieved my phone and Reebok Tack Suit after 2 months. Bt It has been 3 and half month and i havn't recieved my windows seven operating system CD. Kindly, look into the matter.

i purchase hcl me laptop in oct. 2009 and face many problem from manufactoring defects .It is defected 3 times and and i face many probem in service center delay in reparing prasent time my latop in service center

I bought a HCL ME Laptop from hclstore.in on 22nd of Jan 20010 and it was mentioned there that I will get a free Nokia 2680 mobile and a MTV bag (worth Rs. 5500) free with this product but I haven’t received anything such like that with my product , I received the courier on 25th of Jan 2010 and I tried to contact HCL on their helpline no.[protected] and I was told that I have to write a mail to young india regarding this matter....

I am really disappointed with HCL Customer support, Its easy to reah Kaun banega Cororpati than HCL customer support, I have bought one laptop in oct-09 but i have not received my gift, two times i have send invoice and i have got my couirier back, then sombody has stolen my laptop and i have not receive proper suppot, again i have bought one more HCL Laptop on 29th Dec till now i have not received my gift (Nokia Phone), HCL should not concentrate...
