i bought a hcl laptop on jan 2010,witha a waranty of one year....and now i am facing a problem with its screen...when i consulted the engineer they said to replace with new lcd display woth rs.7000/-.....with in one year i got this problem,why dont the company take the responsibilty of repalcing it...
please give me a solution...

really frustrated with the service with the hcl service centre..the appearance of a blue error screen at the middle of any work results in the shut down of the system..during the warranty period they just formattd my laptop and instructed me to load the drivers and o.s n i did that n the problem successfully persisted.
after the the warranty period is over,they are saying it resulted from a hardisk problem,despite my insisting on them...
