I m purchase a HCL notebook laptop in 8.03.2011 and key pad problem regularly still on. i complaint to costumer care 3 time then they change the key pad twice in a year but now that problem as it is. the key pad not working properly.
the warranty period of one year past down. the seller is not giving me any responsibility ....

I have bought a HCL laptop 2 years back. I have given that laptop for repair to HCL service center at Berhampur on around 20 days back (i.e probably on 1st October 2010). Till 21st October, 2010 the laptop is not repaired by the service center. i bought a HCL loptop in Aug, 2008. I had done all installation with myself. in the initial stage the machine working perfactly. but now it works very slowly. when i charging the battery then it changes its desktop settings. but when i stop charging i.e. plug off power supply then desktop setting is in good condition.

i donot understand that why this happens.

Is there any problem with my devices or any installation...
