hello sir i have purchesed hcl notebook B38 C2D ,from NETLINK DISTRIBUTORS,204,puspanjell complex,zone- 1 mp nagar, bhopal.
my machine no is 3094AX305507, product code AX0B3844,and warranty card no is 10620054.
i have not get my gift yet, which includes a reebok T-shirt and watch are not received till now, i also checked my gift status in which shows it is dispatched but i hane no recevied in yet so please go through my complaint....

I HAVE BOUGHT HCL NOTEBOOK B38 C2D FROM MODERN TECHNOLOGIES, LAMINTON ROAD, MUMBAI. MY NOTEBOOK HAS PROBLEM RELATED TO VIRUS, IT NEEDS TO BE FORMATED BUT THE DRIVER CD'S ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE DEALERS. I HAVE ASKED FOR IT. BUT THEY ALWAYS AVOID IT. I WANT LAUNCH COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DEALER. WHAT SHOULD I DO.
