This is to inform you that we have purchased hcl tablet ME U1 through star cj home shopping and on 9-7-2013 afternoon we got the product.
I want Refund for the below reasons
But when we opened the product we found two problems:
1) screen cover on touch screen was not placed properly and
quality of the cover is not upto HCL standard
2)Tablet was not charging.

Dear Sir,
We had purchased two HCL TABLET ME U1 from HCL retail stores from Delhi and Noida. These had cos-ted us rs 8000/ each.
Right after the usage of just a week we realized that the battery backup and the APPS were not in good working conditions.
We contacted immediately the HCL service center in noida sector-2. To our amazement we were taken a back when our APPS problem was taken care of and we were told that there...
