My order no. was 96367, i had ordered a Bluetooth speaker (supertooth buddy) for my car and i have asked the customer support people to ship it at least possible time. i have order it on 2nd of Jan 2014.
i have started given them the call five days after placing my order. when i try to trace my product onto their website, it says ready for shipping. but i dont know, weather they are actually waiting for the ship.

I have ordered Supertooth Buddy product from HCLSTORE.in website on 19 oct and paid via credit card, the product was supposed to be delivered by 26 oct and till date (28 oct) product has not received and no one at HCL support email id is responding on the delivery dates. I have tried calling on their suppodt number [protected], no one picks the phone.

I have ordered a kids laptop HCL ME Junior topper L2 36 on[protected]
I have never got single tracking information of the order. Even the customer support team replied late to my email saying, pls contact store keeper Akram Ali - [protected] directly.
He picked my call once and knowing my complaint, he is not picking my further calls.
I still have not received my product even...

I purchased a memory card from hclstore.in, Order No.47660 on 29 Feb 2012. As did not receive it I mailed to dua.[protected]@hcl.com for my status. I got reply that it has been dispatched and they gave me tracking number of ARAMEX courier. When I checked with Aramex they said they couldn't locate my address. This was big surprise to me. I have received mails and parcels from almost all of major courier service and Indian Mail. Never had...

I have ordered a tablet on 11th April with hclstore.in.
I was told i will be receiving the order in 2 weeks time maximum. I have no idea as to why i have heard anything till now.
The credit card payment has already been debited to my Credit card account.
I have tried innumberable times the customer care number provided on the website. It just does not work .
I have checked with chat facility .. the chat executive...
