I bought 5 lehngas the quality was not upto thr price quoted. So I exchanged the product with another set of stock but the company didn't responsed after received the parcel which i returned them back. The company has taken thr payment of Rs. 12000 also and not returned the exchange product. We are repeatedly messasing them but they are only reading the msg and not replying to our messeges. They are even not recoeving our calls.Please help...

I faced the same issue as everyone here did. The dress quality, material and finishing nothing is upgo the mark and they have given enough false promises. On contacting for return or exchange, that is also not being responded to properly. I have had to call the guy from various numbers on the pretext of buying a dress to have him talk to me. He assured exchange and quality. But hasn't responded on the return in the first place. It's time...

They promised us they would give us exchange policy if there is any damage defect and size issue...
I got a size issue and clour difference too and we informed them but they are not ready to exchange and they dont reply for our message.. They behaved very rudely

Can i my issue resolved because the pictures posted on insta is too good and we buy the product, but the cloth is pathetic. We are expected to know the return policy, but the person doesn’t reply once we ask about the return policy. He doesn’t have any phone number to call as well. I have ordered one lehenga from heaven villa ethnic instagram page, quality of the product is too bad, color of the lehenga and quality is totally different as shown in the picture. I had a conversation with the vendor and crearly asked if there is a return option as i do not trust online products. The vendor said yes and have documented the conversation. I also asked to show the original photo of the product and the response was it is exactly as shown in the picture. I paid 2150 rupees and the quality is poor. I purchase a product from this heavenvilla ethnic, firstly i saw that product on instagram and this person contact to me for the selling this product, she told me the price of this product is rs 2000/- and if you order now i'll give you rs 200/- discount, she send me the product by cash on delivery, when i saw the product it's quality is very bad and poor.

I have faced similar incident like other people had. They don't respond back not on whatsapp, nor call nor on dm. These people are looting customers. You don't get what you have ordered.
