My name is B Kiran Kumar from Warangal. I have paid Rs.250/- vide Receipt No. 2 dt:[protected] and my Vehicle chassis no is 05E27F14766. Till today I have not received the Goodlife Passport and also no gift items have been given to me since 1 year even after I have secured points.
