missing+lower average

Dear sir
I purchase splender+ bike on oct.2011. after first service average fall down 35-38 km per ltr.I complaint many time in service center but their are no sufficient response. After second service missing problem has been coming more and more.After complaint this problem too not solved by service center. Please advice me what I can do....

I have purchased a Hero Honda Splendor+ bike from your Panchkula (Haryana) agency on 3rd March,2010.
