Theft of my hero honda splendor bike due to faulty and non unique locking system

Dear Consumer care Complaint cell,
On 21st July theft happened to my Hero Splendor bike from Panvel Near Railway Station _Abhyuday Bank Parking area . I have registered a notification to Panvel_Khandeshwar Police Station and FIR is being registered today .
While searching the Bike since last 3-4 Days as per Police officer's suggestion in the near-by area, I got surprised to see the ' Faulty Locking system in Honda...
On 21st July theft happened to my Hero Splendor bike from Panvel Near Railway Station _Abhyuday Bank Parking area . I have registered a notification to Panvel_Khandeshwar Police Station and FIR is being registered today .
While searching the Bike since last 3-4 Days as per Police officer's suggestion in the near-by area, I got surprised to see the ' Faulty Locking system in Honda...

COMPLAIN CARDS/JOB CARDS
I BOUGHT SPLENDOR+ BIKE FROMSHREE TIRUPATI MOTORS TILAK NAGAR KANPUR I FOUND MANY DEFFECTS IN THIS BIKE .
1. I GAVE HIM A NOTICE THROUGH ADVOCATE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THIS BIKE HE DOES NOT RPAIR OR REPLACE IT I PUT THE CASE CONSUMER FORUM IN KANPUR
2. X PARTY DESIGON JUDGE SIR SAID THAT YOU GAVE JOB CARD TO COURT TO SEE THE PROBLEM YOU MENTION THE CARD.
3. BUT THE MANAGER OR SHREE TIRUPATI MOTORS...

Engine producing unusual sound
Dear Sir,
No doubt Hero Honda is a good Brand name in Indian Two wheeler Market & that to Splendor+ have already made its reputation since so many years.
Thinking of this I bought a Hero Honda Bike (Splendor plus) last month (Dt 31.08.08) from Hindustan Auto Agency, Bokaro Steel City-827013, Jharkhand.
After 10 days of running with only about 200 KM, engine produced ringing sound & get vibrated....
No doubt Hero Honda is a good Brand name in Indian Two wheeler Market & that to Splendor+ have already made its reputation since so many years.
