I’ve done a Jio recharge of ₹199 from my hike wallet and the recharge was unsuccessful. The message saying that the recharge was unsuccessful was also received immediately from the jio. The refund is not yet received since 2nd January 2018. I’ve filed a lot of complaints and received n number of tickets but still the money is not refunded. Further more there is no contact number for the customer care by Hike. It’s really disappointing...

Dear sir from last 5 days i was not receiving any type of messages in hike as well as unable to sent it so i decided to sign out from this account but when i elect that option and try to login once again it's shown an error that "something wrong please retry to proceed"i retrying it so much.
I don't know why this error occurred with mine this number only.
I m hike user with this number from last 4-5 years...

15th December 2017 i was transferred 19900 rs hike wallet to axis bank saving acount and this transaction is cancle but axis bank debit my 19900 rs... I have added or loaded accidentally 8100 amount to hike wallet. When i followed the instructions to withdraw, the app showing, "this feature is currently unavailable, please try again after dec 31."

I have raised several complaints, but, there is no response from hike support, only one acknowledgement message received. Please help me to get my money back to my card or account....

I have added 6000rs in my hike wallet. But couldn't able to transfer it to my bank account. Hike is cheating us with a dummy payment system in their app which doesn't even have capabilities of sending money to bank. So be careful guys. No proper customer care service. Ni response.
