Order placed for an INFRARED THERMOMETER on 20 May 2020 paying Rs 1800 through their website. Order No: #5690. When they failed to honour the order requested a refund. Refund Order No: # 5768 dated 28 May 2020. Until today refund has not been received....

I had placed an order with the above company vide order number #3468 for Lifebuoy Hand Sanitizer 190 ml 2 Bottle (FREE 2 N95 MASK ) × 1 and paid through credit card on April 8, 2020. Subsequently, on not receiving my order for a month, I asked for a refund vice #6300 on May 8, 2020. Two more mails and 2 reminders later I got an update on the order status as approved and now my order staus show refunded. But I am yet to receive any refund...

Order # 2214. (April 4, 2020)

Hand sanitizer inr 550 ordered. Sanitizer not delivered for 1 month. Even after cancellation no refund yet. 20 days passed.

Repeated reminders sent. 9 no till today. Not even bother to reply.

The company from vadodra has been advertising online for purchase of national reputed brands of hand sanitisers and covid19 related safety products. As these products were in short supply i had ordered for 2 hand sanitizers of hul brand on april 8, 2020, subsequently, i found that they have despatched the same on april 13, 2020, i waited for the product to be delivered but till may 8, 2020, when i did not receive the same i asked for a refund....
