I am using one 23 ltr pureitfor last 4 year. Unfortunately the bottom chember of pureit leak and I am not able to use the pureit. I have ordered the bottom chember through online on 12.10.16 at 20:27 hrs. My ID is: [protected]. Asper your commitment it was suppose to delivered within 13.10.16. but I got only one SMS where you convey thanks me to give you Rs: 800/- against order RFS /17999657. NBow the funny thing...

This is to inform you all that never ever buy products of HINDUSTAN LEVER. I have bought 6 pack of huggies diaper in which i got 6 coupon which can be redeemed after sneding an sms to the no. provided.
I tried sending sms but everytime i used to get an error.Have tried marking mail to hindustan Lever since 6 Sep but yet i have'nt received any call from them except the acknowledgement n fake commitment...

My complaint is regarding to poor services of Hindustan lever Product pure it. I bought a pure it on 24 aug from markter. When i fill it water it get leaked. After that i complaint on customer care no [protected]. They raised compaint regarding same on 25th aug. Till the time being no one came at my home for this pure it repair. I have raised compaint more than two time. No one trying to help me out. This is great example...

I am using Pure it filter from last 3 years,upto last month it was fine ,but 1 month back green solids are deposited in main chamber where final clean water is getting deposited,then called for prue it help,technician came & replaced the polishing filter at bottom & told that it has happed due to damaging of polished filter,Same problem happened again & not Pure it peoples has no answer.this means they are trying to fool the peoples...
