And i have book for sleeper and they give me seater seat. What nonsense they done i asked to them they said you complain to office thats it... Its very worst travels i have seen till now. I booked ticked from hosur to pollachi for journey on 19th night bus on 15/11/2018 through my corporation bank credit card. But it is not made. But this amount of rs 1198 /- is debited to my credit card corporation bank. Kindly refund the amount to my credit card.

Please refund the amount as early as possible. Till now i am not received the
Credit in my credit card.

I have been travelling today towars chennai and it was horrible night. Bus keep moving overspeed and unfortunately i was in last seat. I had kept my cool for some distance and they stopped for break. I asked cleaner to keep speed at normal but he requested to have word with driver. I asked driver to keep speed as per limit, he denied that he is traveling with avg speed. Again i said if you drive at avg speed i can able to sleep well but you...

I booked the multiaxel bus and in the mid of the road they told that bus got some problem so we need to change the bus and they provide normal sleeper bus that also last seat.

They took the money for volvo but provided the normal sleeper bus without refunding the money. This incident happened around night 12 on 06th october.

My age is 79. Booked tot from cud dare to coimbatore on 23/3/17 by a c sleeper coach. Tkt notk5n42588562 and one odo13687818 first the stopped six km away from thalaivasal for nearly one and half hours because dino problem. Rectifed but head light and a/c not working. Again an accident with state transport bus because of no head lights. Finallu bus broke down at nasiyanur far away from coimbatore waited for more than two hours to get spare...

Bus was late by 3 hours and there was no communication to passsengers made them stand in road and when call that travels and asked they abused. customers were so irritated . promise time : 11.45PM Boarding point ; Rajalakshmi travels Erode we are suffering in road with family and children ....
