I booked phuket krabi trip from you and had bad experience in getting refund post vacation.
Here i am raising my concern of not getting refund for the service which was part of my package but not provided to me
I have been continuously following with your people but no one is responding now. This is really very frustrating. Please teak a look in this asap and provide me status

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I was ex employee of Holiday IQ mumbai branch, on 21th of jan 13 i called you said to have a word with Hema i have called her first day doesn't revived the caall After 2 day's i have called her to know my FNF status she told to call after 2 days when i called her on 23 jan 2013 she roudly said she will have a word with manivel & get back to me the next day i have given a call...
