There was a typographical mistake in my earlier complain.
I applied home for home loan in BHW home loans on 1Oth July and the person who contact me for the same give me assurance that by 13th July he will give me the sanctioned letter as my documents are ok. Till date I am following with them but they are not rsponding me, whnever i call them tehy disconnect my calls or harras me....

No communication from ICICI bank except taking EMI
I have taken home loan of Rs. 4 Lac from ICICI, For this financial year, i was not informed about, how much interest rate is going on. No response of address change, no issuance of provisional statement for tax planning.
On the whole, ICICI is concerned about taking EMI but no customer service at all. I had planned to take ICICI smart kid plan but now I think, I should give a second thought.
