Hi,
I ordered IBS projector through paytm mall on 18 Mar and i found that it is not meeting the specs.. it is not at all 3200 lumens, well below it. it is not serving my purpose. Also, i am not able to get clarity of my computer display how much ever i have adjusted the focus, length etc. i initiated a replacment yesterday 20 Mar, because there is no return option. i would like to return the product and not want a replacement....

Sir we bought an electric sewing Machine from ur store through patym .
But after very few days it is not working . So please provide 6months as given on the product....

IT HAVE ONE HOLE. SO AIR NOT STORE INSIDE.
i am not satisfied with the services that i have received.
SO WHAT CAN I DO ?

The pump which we got along with the air sofa is repaired. please take the complaint into consideration. we hope for a quicker and best replacement...
