I have bought 3+2 sofa set, a queen-size coat and a 6 seater dining table with chairs from home centre during end december. Nearly 65k purchase. When their sofa 2 seater small portion stitching got complaint alongside the cushions complaint (Hitting the wood part beneath the cushions hardly while sitting), i have raised a complaint to them seeking repair of it. This is to inform you that we have purchased the below mentioned “winchester three seater-neptune” sofas for our new house. We got the delivery in the month of february 2019. And we unpacked the new sofa by march-2019. But within “3 - months” the sofa has the sagging issue and we had also raised the complaint and the service person.
