Starting problem

I purchased this scootter from Muthoot pathaanamthitta in March 2010. After 4th free service, I have problem with the self start. I reported to the agency and they said the battery is weak I will have to replace it since my usage is minimum. I have a doubt that the agency is playing tricks to make the customer pay for a new battery. They are saying they are not responsible. How can a get a warranty on the battery since they are almost new....

I had booked a Honda Aviator black scooter on 09.12.2010 through Receipt no : 7844 and paid Rs.1000/-as advance. In the receipt it was clearly mentioned the delivery period of the vehicle with in one month. Till date the vehicle not delivered to us. On our periodical enquiry we informed by Vahini people that the vehicle was not delivered because of strike at the factory.But we came to know that some vehicles were delivered...
