I am using HONDA DAZZLER from 2011 January. I faced issue with battery within 10 months, I complained to honda after a long fight and delay I got new battery. now again within another year that battery also dead. When I am asking dealers, they are not at all responding properly.
I don't bother about the failure of battery also. But they not even arranging for new battery. They are just telling,...

Respected Sir,
Both the Honda showrooms of Patna i.e Pahadia Honda and Prema Honda are not at all aware of consumer service. They only know how to sell their vehicles and get more customers. I bought a bike Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler from Pahadia Honda on 9 Sep 11. Its 1st and 2nd servicing were due on 15 and 45 days of sale. Now its been more than 50 days. But whenever I come to the showrooms, they will ask me to come the next day....

Regret to inform you that I never enjoyed this bikes quality as this comes with loads of problem and I should call this as first failure product from Honda india and I have took 5 years extended warranty and one year service warranty from your dealer EVM motors Trivandrum because I expected much more...
