My is an 2011 model honda civic..jst 3-4 years old till date...and the thing honda dsnt maintain proper spares of this car...no spares will be available at all the service stations in hyderabad..after placing the order it has to be got produced and then supplied ..so it takes more than a month for getting the spares...its really embarsing experience with honda service .....

I have given my Honda Civic (HR 30J 2422) at Ring Road Honda Gurgaon for repair. The date they received the car was 22nd February, 2011. Its now 70 days and I have not yet got my car back.

I have made multiple complaints over the Honda's 1800 number. The complaint number is 41100690. I have not received any favorable response. They have not been of any help.

Service rep says there is water in transmission because car is turned off in water. I told him engine was never turned of[censored]nder water. to fix this, he said he need to change engine oil at least 3 times by driving for 30 minute for each change till the water in transmissions goes. This will cost me at least 10,000 rupees and may be more. For me this is ridicuolous after having so much technology u need to fix this problem manually that too...

My car HONDA CIVIC 1.8S met with an accident with a bus and due to this the back of my car got damaged including rear bumper and rear lights. I took my car to the local Honda dealer on 30/9/2010 and till today the parts of the car are not available with them.The car is parked in their car lot and they are keep on saying that the parts will be available soon.
For me it's not easy to do my work without a vehicle...
