This letter is in regard to the poor level of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction.

I’m forwarding a complaint regarding the service of palace honda, kayamkulam, (Evoor south, ramapuram), alappuzha, kerala

I would like to inform you that i have booked a car (Jazz-vxcvt) at palace honda, kayamkulam on 28/12/2018 and the date of delivery was on 10/01/2019. But on the delivery date the dealer informed...

Unsatisfactory services at m/s. Pushp honda;kanpur. Paid amount as bill given but jobs as it is as previous before service. Not attended any job as complained. Nobody is responding too. All persons are very busy after receiving payment.
Very surprising behaviour showing all person at service station. Not given any responsible authorities.

Jazz performs poorly on above situation. Engine sometimes stops when riding on uphill with 5 induvidual and their luggage's. It will be horrible if we are in a traffic in such terrain.
It also do not performs when we overtake a big vehicle from a traffic, i may need to shift to first gear in such situation, which will harm engine on long run. I have reported to the dealer (Apco honda, calicut, kerala) on the first month of purchasebr...

I belongs to Trivandrum Kerala.Using my Honda Jazz Diesel 2015 model for last 1.4 years.Riding dynamics is satisfactory but I had a lot of bad experience from my car.

I purchased Honda jazz 2016 diesel varient (svmt) 6months ago and there were lot of vibrations in the car especially when goes on minimal rough roads. When I went to the service centre I was told that this is common for all diesel honda jazz cars. I'm not at all satisfied with the the ride due to these vibrations. My situation is same as yours.My booking was done sometime in Sep 2011 with tentative delivery date of 25-Oct-2011. I am yet to get delivery of my model/color and it seems that on road price of this model has increased by over 30, 000 from Apr onwards.
Although the terms and conditions mentions that the prices are subject to change and those prevailing at the time of delivery will be applicable.But we definitely should...

Ltd. by paying advance of Rs. 50000 by cheque in the name of Rajkumar Jain,Karol Bagh,New Delhi and they have promised to deliver the car within 3 months time.My booking no. is J-H1350/INHO and i have got it financed through HDFC Bank.
Bt they have failed to deliver the car in stipualed time which i wished to gift to my daughter...

I am very sorry to say that service of your dealer linkway honda is pathatic they say we offer free home pick up and delivery. they give appointment and their driver starts from their office at that time they do not understand importance of time of others today they gave me appointment at 10.30 am for pick up but their driver was at service center at that time i am professional practising ca how can i wait till he comes...
