I'm having Honda Unicorn.I had purchased my bike 17/10/2012.With in 2 months I face genuine noise in engine side.For that matter I had shown my bike to Dealer Ami Honda Bardoli & as per the engineer's inspection problem of chain cover cause.I had taken 2 services even though the noise problem does not solved by them.

This is to bring to your notice I have purchase Honda unicorn in 2008 and my vehicle covered 25000kms, from third service onwards my vehicle is with heavy chain noise and somany times complaint given always when i was being servicing. but in M/s. AUTOFIN when I was gone for serviced my vehicle they are telling chain to be replace in every vehicle in 25000kms. we are also working in Automobile industry but where u are mentioned in service...

low quality material and rusting problem
I am mechanical engineer, i bought unicorn from j.s.p honda on august 27 2007 just done 9000km.
i have the following problems, photos have been attached.
Most of the parts are getting rusted very easily. No steps for replacing it during service.
Spares available are not up to the standards (genuine Honda spare)
Spares are getting rusted inside the packing itself.
Chain guard is getting rustedbr...
