My domain is click2puja.com and the site has not been working for 30 days and i raised many tickets and called 1000 times to support the agent. but agents are telling me that Service Problem" for the last 30 days. I requested to change the server for my domain but Hostgator is ready to cheat customers but not to support them....

I have taken an unlimited package but they internally used some unethical words like unmetered. They are cheating customer by tricky words and attracting the customers....

I have taken domain and hosting from hostgator, suddenly they suspend my website due to some virus or malware, my website is suspend sinsce last 10 days and my busines is affected due to this problem. I have chat and call many times but they don't provide better solution, they all make me fool by some stupid reasons. So don't take hosting from hostgator... They are fraud... Cheap service......

I had purchased 12GB of RAM for my windows dedicated server they had given 1GB RAM and kept my site 48-72 hours of non working condition
i lost about $500 in this spam of time.they told they will give clear explanation about this but i did not get any explanation form past week onwards.Because of them i lost my income along with my time...

Purchased through the Hostgator.in but their server was with US Hostgator.com, they abruptly discontinued my services in 6 Months telling that, by mistake i was sending the TOS mails and now i cannot continue with them...They have discontinued my services ...and now not returning my money telling me that it is our policy. They have also gone for maintenance 2 times without intimating us for more than 10 days, when our sites were not working...

this is dhrubajyothi choudhury , i purchased a linux-vps(level3) in the host gator company .when i am purchasing the product(virtual private server) they said that your server will get activate with in 5 hours but still now 20 hours got completed they didn't activate the vps server . so please take necessary action and make this work done sir...
