Unfortunately we have the low credit in our account we have made the payment for the domain renew to hosting India then later it shows like insufficient balance and they kept the domain in hold and we are unable to pay the money again using debit or credit cards.

Hosting.india.to provides a Dummy domain cpanel where a customer can neither transfer nor move domain nor lock the domain nor renew the domain. He has created domain c panel for the customers under WHMCS Software, so that he can have total control over the domain names of the customer. Took domain renewal amount and not renewed it or refunded the amount

I have registered a domain last year mshcad.com with hosting.india.to It got expired this year. So I made a payment through online bank transfer to his account and asked to renew the domain. After taking the domain reg fee he says that it can't be renewed as the last date for renewal was 27th nov where as the payment was made on 29th.
I don't understand how come he will raise invoice on 29th if he can not renew the...
