Hotspot at dlf mall on india - noida sector 18 selling defected iphones. Just purchased an iphone from hotspot, within a week the phone giving issues. When we showed them the problem with the phone, we were asked to go to the service center rather than replacing it then and there. If for a brand new phone we have to go to service center nothing could be more pathetic.
After paying 62k approx for the the phone what i receive is a defective...

I have purchased a NOKIA 5130 had set mobile on 21/03/2009. While dealing with the purchase of the same, the retailer has offered for a scheme which is called HotSpot Mobicare under the same offer hotspot providing two years of accident/Liquid damage warranty for which HotSpot has charged me additional Rs. 1000 on top the price of the mobile.
