I had been payed the amount if 675rupees to activate internet service (Hrishi internet services, malvani, malad west, mumbai, 400095) on 03/04/18. But still the service is not getting started on 04/04/18. When call on [protected] this number. A lady using this number has a very rudely and full attitude woman. I received a very unprofessional and rudely answer by her.
What should i do at this moment?...

They have given me a worst service ...when we call them they just give false promises that they will send someone but they dont ...again and again the internet goes off...for 5 hours some time more...they are liars...they have taken money as a deposit...they said that they will not return the money if we cancel the service...it is the worst service that you can get......
