I have cleared all the dues and have got the possession in May 2014.
I am in process of selling this flat and recently during this process I have come to know that there is a loan against my unit which have been taken by builder.The bank is not able to give the loan against this...

hello, we have taken a flat in Ackruty countrywood (now builder has changed name to Hubtown country woods) . he has given the flat with delay for about nearly 2 years. from last 1 year we are staying there. the construction quality is very poor. there was leakage in halls wall & bz of that the whole wall has got fungus on it & now it is dried. we have told to maintenance people of builder from last 1 year but they are not paying attention...
