I have ordered redmi note 5 pro 6gb ram on 27 may 2018 and i made the payment as per the instructions by the paytm mode but i did not get any information about my order shipment details or tracking number till now. Also they are not picking the calls and also not replying the complaints which i did on their site..

I have placed order for redmi note 5 gold 6gb 64 gb on 11th march 2018. The 0payment was succesfull which is given below. But the order is not being displayed as the net was slow and the process stopped. I sent email to [protected]@hunky shop.com. But nothing has been displayed. My order as well as amount paid is still unsolved. So. Please help me in thus regard.

I was placed a order on 24 feb 2018. That time website shows (YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 8 TO 10 WORKING DAYS). Unfortunately 12 days passed but they are still ignoring even my queries & mails. customer care no also not responding. please find the attachment of order details & queries.
