I would like to inform you that there is offer or advertise in news paper from one of company name is hypermarket for scheme and provide goods as online.
I purchase the offer and make the full payment for that but i neither receive the goods from them nor money back. I am also not able to reach them

I had seen the toi ad on 12th sep, bangalore and placed order for rs. 5341/- and paid online rs. 2670/-. I received an email confirmation stating that the order will be delivered within 10 days. But till date i have not received any. Sent email to [protected]@hypermarketcart.com and also called the phone no. Provided on the website[protected], but no response.

I purchased on 12th september and order #[protected] in amount of 5486.50. I didn't receive the order yet. It seems like a fraud. They published the add twice in toi on and before 12the september, almost using half page. So at this point not even planning to cancel the order as no communication received yet. Their email and phone not working. Suggest us how can we move to the consumer court on this....

I have ordered few items in hypermarket kart and i received the confirmation as well. I ordered more than 10 days back but i didn't get any of my ordered items or i didn't get my money refunded. Now they are said mail to payu.in for refund. Referring to an ad posted in toi about hypermarket kart, i placed an order worth 5497.50 inr. I made payment through payu. Initially i was said my product will reach by 16th september. But later they said a refund will be made and was asked to contact pay. However, no refund is processed by payu and no email mails are responded. Contact numbers are switched off.

Help me receive my refund or help me on...

As advertised in times of india on september 12 th about hypermarketkart.com, there was 50 percent discount following which i made order. I made payment of 2600 rs after discount. I received mail that products wil be received in 10 days. I never received any communication. I called their contact[protected] which is switched off. I even sent mail to support @hypermarketkart.com. Then i realized many are cheated. But the website hypermarketkart.com...

I have ordered groceries september 1st week after seeing the advertisement in times of india. Afterwards we come to know that hypermarketkart is a fraud company. I have purchased only because it is published in toi.

Toi need to take action against hypermarketkart & ask them return back the money to all. I have paid 2516/- after discount of 50%.

Based on the ad in the times of india and deccan herald, placed an order for rs. 11, 000 on 12th sep. Received message saying products will be delivered by 16th sep. But, products are not delivered and even their customer care number is not working.
I also informed 3 of my relatives about this app and offer.

Please suggest me what can be done for this....

Hypermarket gave the advertisement in times of india and divya bhaskar on front full page and in that advertisement they gave a 50 peecent off on all products for 24 hours and in that u have to purchased minimum 5000 and maximum 11000 so we purchased of 11000 and we pay d payment by card and order will b deliver in 2 days. But we didnt get our goods till 5 days so we call to there customer care number bt that number is nt workin so we search...
