Dear Sir/Madam,
I Resigned this company which is service provider to ICICI Bank Ltd on may-2008 & i submitted my resignation letter & PF forms duly signed to my reporting manager . But this is was not send to company & later he also resigned.
till date it was not clear. Please help us to get my clearance & PF amount.

kindly i would like to inform that i was employee to i-Solutions Providers (India) Pvt. Ltd duration 2005 to 2006 & my Emp code was 10687, Project 44, Two Wheeler Loans - Kanpur & PF Number is MH/94095/426.
But i have not receive my PF till date.
So kindly provide the necessary document of related PF withdrawal for further process..
So kindly do the needful...

But this is was not send to company & later he also resigned. This confirmation was again given by ACM Mr Uttam Hiremath on 18 Jun 2008 and no of repeated correspondeance till date it was not clear.
