Myself ishwar malik ordered an i10 earpods but i received i7 earpods instead of that, the sound quality is very cheap it’s cranking and the body quality of earpods are really disgusting. And one earphone is not working and charging after several mail follow ups also they are not responding to us and many of others who had purchased this items. My product order id is iep52982. I purchased earpods from i10 earpods order id#iep52982.
When i received the product, i found them defective. The product copy product is not i10 earpods original.
I complained the same on mail but i didn't get any answer from them neither they mention any contact number to call them.
