I have ordered 2 sarees from this website and received totally different and cheap quality items. When I requesting a return of the products, they made me go through a lengthy and tiring process of making videos of opening the boxes and sending them.

Even after adhering to this policy, they are now sending me a same answer on mail like to a bot, which I quote, "Hii, thanks for contacting ibisfab.com. We...

I have ordered a linen Saree costing 1499 but the product quality is worst . and the material is not linen. I have tried to contact the site they are sending reply that the product is same but truly speaking its a fake site they are looting money from people. This site should be blocked and return my money....

Ordered 5 sarees from this website, all meant to be pure linen but all are polyester, cheap looking saree with a feel of plastic!!! 14 days after delivering the sarees I was sent an email to review one of the products. I bought four sarees online form ibisfab.com in 1 June 2022. I received the parcel at my home surprisingly very early on 3 June itself.
When I opened the parcel, the sarees were totally different from how they appeared in the website. I wanted to click on return button on their website but they have no such option. After much struggle I wrote an email to their support.

I have ordered online linensaree from Ibisfab.com on 23rd may, i have received order on 25th may but it is just cheating as i got cheap saree worth hardly Rs.200 and when i contact customer care the just denied as they said we have send same product and they looted so many people also when i check on you tube and Facebook.

Ibisfab.com is a fraud company with fake sarees....

Took saree which was delivery wrong they told to resend back but they are not sending back saree nor they are refunding it. Kindly request you customers www.ibisfab.com company is fraud kindly don’t buy any product form this company
