Dear Sir,
I got a call on 14th December, 2012 from Idea number [protected] at 2.7pm, which was ignored by me. Then at 3.23pm a got a message from IZideaCMS saying that Rs.15 have been deducted for downloading which was not done by me. So I immediately called the customer care. Mr.Pralhad and had interaction with him. He said that all the details will be available after 4hours. From my side it was okay fine. So then I called at 8.23pm....

Hello Sir,
I had bought an idea prepaid card from Shail communications , Ashiana greens , ahinsa khand-2 , indirapuram , ghaziabad. It has been 12 days since I bought the card it got inactivated in 2 days due to not recieving doucuments (as per the message from idea). The shop keeper says it is not in his hand to get the status. I want the shopkeeper to be penalized for this as the number is given in many forms and I am not able to...

no signal while in home but signal is full while in roming
My GSM hand set is Motorola c 201, , the idea pre paid sim I purchased in novermer first week since then there is no signal while I am in my home town i.e. Panvel though I am getting full signal while roming Pen area. I had louged this complaint(compalint id 728099) many a times but this problem is still there ... sometimes customer care executives are suggesting me to change the handset, , , as this sim is supporting with full signal everywhere...

i have big problem, just because of my activation of gprs service.
i want to deactivate or close that gprs service
but there is no responce of coustomer care execatives.
& just because i dont get deactivated of my gprs account so deduction of more & more money from my account .
